Accessing your data
It is your right to request a copy of all data held about you. You also have the right to request the data held to be erased:
Should you request a copy of any data held about you, it will be provided as soon as possible after the request has been received and no later than 30 days after.
Should you request that data held about you is deleted, it will be carried out as soon as possible after the request and no later than 30 days after.
Some data is not erased as part of a request. HM Revenue and Customs in the United Kingdom require that a minimum of five years of records after the 31st January submission deadline of the relevant tax year are stored. This means copies of any invoices issued within that period are retained. Invoices include your name & address. Invoices issued prior to the 6th April 2019 may also include your email address. Even if you did not request or require one at the time of billing, an invoice is raised internally for every payment received for accounting purposes.
